Book a videographer if you want one
Research and book hair and makeup artists
6-9 Months Before
Order your wedding cake
Book transport for the wedding day
Choose and order stationery (invitations, order of service)
Plan your honeymoon and book flights and accommodation
Arrange accommodation for out-of-town guests
Book a photo booth or other extras
Start planning your ceremony readings and music
3-6 Months Before
Send your wedding invitations (allow 8 weeks for RSVPs)
Finalise your menu choices with the caterer
Buy wedding rings
Plan your table decorations and centrepieces
Book your wedding rehearsal venue
Arrange any legal paperwork (notice of marriage)
Organise hen and stag celebrations
1-3 Months Before
Chase any outstanding RSVPs
Finalise your seating plan
Confirm all supplier bookings and timings
Write your vows if you are writing your own
Have your final dress or suit fitting
Plan your wedding day timeline with your coordinator
Prepare welcome bags for overnight guests
Final 4 Weeks
