How to manage the list safely
Add one row for each person or household, then use party size for everyone covered by that invitation. Keep dietary notes concise and confirm serious allergies directly with the caterer.
Entries stay in this browser's local storage. Weddings Hub does not receive them. They will not automatically appear on another device, browser profile or private window.
Export a CSV after each major RSVP update. Store that copy with the rest of your wedding paperwork. Clear this browser before giving the device away or using it for a different event.
Send invitations using the names guests actually use. Record children and plus-ones clearly so party sizes remain accurate. Reconcile the exported total with the caterer and venue before their final-number deadlines.
Useful guest-list checkpoints
- Set one household naming rule before adding invitations.
- Record the caterer's final-number deadline.
- Separate accessibility needs from general meal preferences.
- Export before clearing browser data or changing devices.
Avoid storing identity documents, payment details or private medical histories in the notes field.
Ask guests to provide dietary and access needs through a private reply route, not a public group conversation. Review those notes before sending the final count.
